Since we have a range of services and many of our users don't need all of them, our dinos will chat with you to discuss your needs and generate a quote based on the services that would be required for implementation.
The Consultation
It all begins with you! When you are ready for a chat, enquire online and our dinos will reach out to start the consultation. This is when we discuss your needs and help map out your plan.
The Quote
Our dinos will take the plan to formulate a breakdown of which services will be required. The quote will then be presented to you and if you agree to the quote, we can start taking action.
Carrying out the plan
Since each user will have their own tailored services, this stage may vary. If you are unsure of where you are in your plan, send us a message and our dinos will let you know.
When things break they may be caused by something behind the scenes so users will need to submit a ticket about the issue (the more details there are, the better). This will allow our dinos to triage and provide quality resolution, or escalate for further investigation if necessary, so that it won't happen again.
We would be sad but understand that you may have found another pack. Users can submit a ticket with the cessation date to inform us so that our dinos can cancel any ongoing services that may be active.
